Payment & Refund Policy

  • Learn MAXX requires 100% advance payment at the time of admission to confirm enrollment.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.

  • In very exceptional and genuine cases, management may consider a refund of up to 50% at its sole discretion. Such decisions are final and binding.

  • No refund will be provided for absenteeism, personal reasons, or discontinuation of course by the student.

  • Course fees cannot be adjusted against another course or transferred to another student.

  • Refund requests, if any, must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documents.

  • Processing time for approved refunds may take up to 30 working days.

By making payment, the student agrees to this policy.
